These terms govern your use of Spenzmart and any purchase you make through our site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, or, for Cash on Delivery items, once your order has been placed.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Delivery

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery zone you select at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Paystack. Where Cash on Delivery is available for a product, payment is made directly to the delivery agent upon receipt of the order.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility and the steps to request a return.

Product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. If an item is significantly different from its description, please contact us.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spenzmart after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
